Fill out the short form below and someone from our team will reach out to chat with you about your project.

It's Paint Protection Film, not Paint Perfection Film.

PPF has its limitations, and is ultimately designed for protection first. Here are some common myths.

Myth 1: Paint Protection Film is rock chip proof.

Although PPF is durable enough to tank most damage, it is not magic. Our personal vehicles treated with PPF are driven often at the race track, where we take on rocks at over 100 MPH. Our cars do get peppered, but thankfully the PPF acts as a barrier between outside damage and the paint. In that situation, we replace the damaged film on the affected panels. This beats paying for paint by a large margin.

We offer a one time $600 credit towards a no-questions-asked replacement of PPF. That means if you do get damage on the film, we'll remove and replace the PPF on the panel, up to $600 for free.

Myth 2: Do I need to Ceramic Coat my PPF?

We certainly recommend it. Although Ceramic Pro PPF is very UV and stain resistant, it doesn't hurt to have another barrier of protection on the car. When PPF is paired with a Ceramic Pro Coating, you get the best of both worlds:
-Physical protection from the PPF
-Chemical and UV resistance from the Coating

The Coating also makes your film exceptionally easy to keep clean, so your car can look its best for years to come.

Myth 3: Can I go through an automatic car wash with PPF?

The short answer is yes, and the long answer is please don't. Automatic brush (or "soft touch") car washes are never safe for your vehicle's paint, whether protected in PPF or not. They introduce scratches and swirls, and will stress the self healing ability of the film (It cannot heal long term repeated, continuous damage). A hand wash is best for your vehicle using the two-bucket method.

Thankfully, you'll find that a touchless car wash will do just fine to get you by. There are a few here in the Seacoast if you look around.
